Their response time is excellent. Whenever we have needed additional treatments such as fungal or grub control, they are quick to respond while addressing our lawn needs. Its not unusual for them to come out within two days to apply needed treatment. We are on a yearly maintenance schedule of treatments but “mother nature” sometimes presents itself to need those addtitonal treatments. “The Nelson Landscaping crew from the landscapers to the cement crew they we all professional and listened to our concerns. Our only complaint would be when the drainage system was repaired the grass was removed and now we are left with bare spots. 1x60ft bare spots. The grass in these areas not growing Sod should have been recommended for these areas and now we are left searching for sod companies, not fun. Along with this the sprinkler system had to be repaired but they did not move or adjust the system to account for the new flower beds which causes some areas to get more water than needed. The concrete work, we requested stamped concrete and are left with some spots that were double stamped or not stamped enough. The results are spots with no texture or lines from the edges of the forms used and areas with chips in the cement. I would definitely use them again.“
