I was a patient the 1st part of September 2024 for 1 week in the CCU ward. Care was excellent; staff was excellent answering questions, patient and sympathetic to my concerns and needs. At the end of September, same year, a dear friend at end stage cancer was admitted. Sadly he passed away. They treated him and his family with kind compassionate care. The nurses and staff straighten his gown, set him up straight on the bed and had someone shave him so his grandkids could say goodbye without fear. Everyone there was beyond helpful when I was there. Want to say thank you to the staff on the third and seventh floors for taking care of me, and the ones in the E.R. when I first got there. Thank you all for the work you do.
The staff in the ER that attended me were very nice to me. They kept me informed on what they were doing or if giving medication they told me what they were giving me. I am very pleased with my care.
