I still remember a few years back. I'm not sure what happened but I couldn't lift even 20lbs from something being out of place. Josh found it and put it back where it needed to be. Then after my back calmed down from being tougher than 4 year old beef jerky because of inflammation I was only going through very minor discomfort.
