I called Heather at 1pm day before Thanksgiving and ask if she could squeeze in my husband a hair cut and bears trim and she was more than obliged! He and I absolutely love his cut and he was very excited to finally found someone e who can cut his beard the way he wanted. We appreciate you Heather!!-Nick and Sabrena mcmaster.

I called and left a message but decided to go by there. I made an appointment and was pleased with how well Heather had done my hair. I made a follow-up appointment the next week. She's a good hairdresser.

Got my hair cut in a bob yesterday. Washed and blew my hair dry this morning. Left side is longer than the other. I called the shop and told the person that answered the phone my problem. Was told both stylists were doing color. She was searching the appointment book for an opening. I guess neither one had time for me. I told the person just never mind. My feeling on this is: it would have only taken less than 5 minutes to correct the problem and they would have had a happy customer. I already paid and tipped the stylist, so I guess I had no priority at all. This was my first and last time there and they lost a customer.
