I have known the family the Gorrell's family for many years my son and I took martial arts with them they are the best place to go to to learn protection to get in shape learn respect and honor they help encourage children to do well in school family-orientated anything that you want from a gym to martial arts they are the best I love them all very much I have watch Coco and Momo grow up I haven't been there for a while because me being in a wheelchair but if you want to learn something and have your family to learn together as a family unit my son and I bonded through this I will learn so much together thank you Johnny and Terry and Coco and momo for being a part of my life

The Gorrell's have been my family for 7 years. This is the best gym owned by the most decent people I know. If you want to learn from the best instructors , regardless of age , this is the place .

My family and I have known the Gorrell's for close to 20 years. They are great people! Johnny is a phenomenal Martial artist who cares about people. Their facility is always immaculately clean and organized.
