West Side Carpet One is amazing. As soon as you walk in you are first immediately greeted by a friendly staff member and then secondly asked if you need help finding anything. I have been here several times and it's always the same scenario. No one here seems to hate their job which is refreshing to see and experience. Everyone I have came across here has been tremendously helpful and kind. Especially Jason and Terrance. Those two have been so patient and accommodating as I navigated the plethora of tile options for my shower remodel. You can really sense they have a passion for what they do and really know what they're talking about. They were instrumental with me finding the right materials.
