West Side Carpet One is amazing. As soon as you walk in you are first immediately greeted by a friendly staff member and then secondly asked if you need help finding anything. I have been here several times and it's always the same scenario. No one here seems to hate their job which is refreshing to see and experience. Everyone I have came across here has been tremendously helpful and kind. Especially Jason and Terrance. Those two have been so patient and accommodating as I navigated the plethora of tile options for my shower remodel. You can really sense they have a passion for what they do and really know what they're talking about. They were instrumental with me finding the right materials. Top notch customer service from the moment you walk in the doors. Thank you guys, y'all are awesome!
