Today was my first experience visiting was great! The stuff and Dr.Swales were helpful, nice,ncaring and above all were quick to make sure everything was well with my eyes and ran tests too! Also I was able to find some awesome glasses! Can't wait to go back again! ???
We just moved to Lawton from New Orleans after losing our home twice to hurricanes. So far I have scored with a GP, and with Dr Swales Eye Practice. He took my insurance, I got an appointment in a couple weeks, and I also scored with polite, friendly and very competent staff! What else could you ask for? My new Rx was ready in about a week and to be honest, my sight was better than with my last 2 pair of glasses. And to top it all, when I left, they actually gave me a card with my current Rx. I asked about it, and was told if I should be out of town and should lose my glasses, the Rx would enable me to get a replacement! I may never need it, but the fact that they thought of this showed me they go above and beyond! Thanks so much!
