This gym was the best thing that could’ve happened to my husband and I. We didn’t have much experience leading into BJJ, and we spent a few years here. I couldn’t be happier we had found this place. We were devastated to leave. We can’t wait to come back someday.
My daughter Shiloah wanted to try BJJ but asked if I would do it with her. I’m 35 years old and thought that would be terrible. However, since the moment we stepped into the gym we have been treated with love and kindness. The kids program is amazing. My daughter had made friends and also been challenged. The kids coaches provide structure and discipline as well as encouragement. I have truly enjoyed the adult classes and can honestly say everyone has welcomed us in. Derek Lemos and Tom Shoaff truly run a top notch facility!
Amazing and supportive people in this gym! Jiu jitsu is the most important thing you can do for your mental health, find your tribe down at Ricardo Cavalcanti Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Jitsu! Right off 6th street, just south of the post office!
