First time visit was friendly, prompt experience. My papers were prepared by Devonte Williams who was very courteous and professional. I'm hearing handicapped so he took extra effort to communicate with me via paper notes that was easy to understand. He listened carefully to my special tax concerns and made notes to do further research on the issue. This office also took extra effort to mail my required payments. Parking was easy and convenient. All in all my best experience from any tax prep office. They've got my business all the way. Thanks.
