I bought a used car and had them look it over. They do amazing work and will give you an honest diagnosis. They told me what needed to be done right away and what services could wait. They explained everything in detail and I had a complete assessment and plan for the car. Definitely recommend.
Came here to get an engine replacement in my truck, price was as estimated except for some minor components that were found to be bad during the swap. They sent me pictures of the radiator (which was filled with crap) and ansked me what I wanted to do. Everything was communicated transparently and the work was completed on time. I had an issue that was troubleshot to be a bad starter solenoid (not part of the engine work), they looked at the truck and honored the engine warranty but went above and beyond to get the truck running again.
Cannot recommend these guys enough, they did terrific work and I appreciate their efforts.
We had a bad experience a while back with a Midwest City Dodge / Ram dealership and ended up with a constant engine light immediately after purchasing the vehicle used. O2 sensors had been replaced by the dealership, and another mechanic tried to figure out the issue. Engine codes seemed to point to their still being an O2 sensor issue to exhaust manifold issue, which can be fairly common for Ram trucks. Redd’s was able to determine it was a different O2 sensor than what dealership may have replaced. Weeks later we are still engine light free and able to utilize the remote start. Time taken to fix was great and price was also great.
