The people seem great, but my experience with them is confusing. We now need preauthorization's, which I assume was handled between doctor/provider and Blue Cross. Now there is a middleman who I am guessing never reached out to the Doctor/Provider, so it falls on the patient to manage it. This can be extremely unnerving when you have serious medical issues. I suppose we will get used to.

This is a great choice for home health. From the too down they let you know they are available and go above and beyond. Lenetta is friendly and helpful. Gina is dependable and a very good nurse.

I have known Lennetta Davenport for almost 7 years when she came to Savannah house of Lawton, a Senior facility housing. She has given classes to help the elderly be healthier, talked about Medicare and medicaid services and has done exercise classes for us as well as taken care of the Seniors needs and concerns. She always is smiling and truly cares about the health of the residents. Also she has helped with theme dinners for this facility. She is an amazing person and truly has a passion for what she does. Thank you Lennetta for all you do for us.
