“They've been my vet for my two corgis and senior cat since we moved here. The doctor and vet techs are always friendly and listen to what is going on. They do blood work in house so you get results sooner. The front office women are always nice on the phone when scheduling or asking questions.“

“I just took my one year old Pomeranian there today. It was his first grooming experience so I knew he would be nervous. When I went in for my appointment I was only scheduled for a bath even though I thought that I booked a full grooming appointment. Thankfully they were so kind and even though they were busy they were able to get him in for the full groom. Which was so nice instead of having to reschedule, so from the beginning their customer service was wonderful. They initially told me an hour but because he was so scared it took longer. Which I appreciated because they worked at his speed in order to not overwhelm him during the process. It is so nice to know that they care about the dogs well being over trying to rush through and cause him anxiety. The groomer (which I feel terrible I didn’t get her name) came out when I picked him up. She told me how my lil guy did and gave me some advice on how to desensitize him to the sound of the dryer as well as techniques to try and prevent him from matting. Also their prices are more than reasonable and I’m very pleased with the outcome of my guys haircut. He smells fantastic and they did exactly what I wanted as far as the haircut. Keeping it natural while taking care of any matting and giving him a sanitary cut. He will definitely being going back“
