They took such great care of us. We needed our dryer repaired and they fit us in same day which was so much appreciated as it relieved much stress. Their friendly, thorough and quick service was wonderful. My husband and I highly recommend them for your repair needs! Thank you again!!!
I cannot recommend Mr. and Mrs. Appliance enough! They fixed our dryer back in November, but a fluke happened and the new kit they installed broke. They came out yesterday and covered not only the service call but also the cost of the part and the installation. They are friendly, professional, and just good people!
The service tech was very knowledgeable about my washer. Ordered the necessary parts, which came in a timely manner. The installation process took about an hour and a half. Once the parts were installed, he cleaned up after himself and then tested the washer for leaks. The parts and the labor was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
