As a retired home builder, I am accustomed to dealing with subcontractors, but Ronnie, Alicia, Garrison, the Fabrication crew and the Hard Rock Surfaces installation crew went above and beyond my expectations for a smooth estimate and top notch installation process for my 14 windowsills. Their consistently prompt communication always kept me informed as to the progress, from the estimate to the installation . At a time in my life, that should be my golden years. I find myself financially, stretched with nursing home expenses for my husband, that I never expected to experience. So getting an honest and fair estimate for our granite windowsills was truly a blessing. I am immensely pleased with my new granite install. They are absolutely gorgeous and were installed quickly and with much less damage to the surrounding sheetrock than I had expected- hardly any damage to be precise. The young men who installed my granite were over above polite and helpful. Thank you so much for your excellent workmanship, kindness, and professionalism in every way. I do look forward to working with you again in the near future.
Absolutely amazing team of workers. Morgan and Alicia were so very helpful and answered every question we had and understood what we were looking for in a solid surface countertop for our new home. With their assistance, we picked out some stunning granite and the installation team were very professional and friendly. The clear communication between the team at HardRock is above reproach. We are so glad we went through them for our countertops. Thank y’all so very much!
Best in town! 5 stars isn’t enough! Every single step with each employee was 5 star service. Front desk, measurements, install, managers, owner are all incredible to work with. My husband is VERY hard to please due to his knowledge and experience in home building/remodel. He was blown away with the staffs knowledge and attention to detail. They did everything exactly how he asked. We priced out multiple shops and this was by far the best in town. I would go through the process 100 times over to get the opportunity to work with them again. Thank you Hard Rock! We love our counter tops!
