Called to make an appointment to have them come fix my water heater, the receptionist called me back a couple hours later when she found a spot to fit me in! Great! But then she called me back a bit later saying her plumbers finished a job early but since they don't know what is wrong with the water heater that maybe we should just replace it before I pay for the service call. She gave me the price for a replacement, that I thought was high and she kept pushing a replacement. I then asked about the service call....$170!! That's very high for a rural area! Just seemed to me that they didn't want a smaller job! Decided to call another plumber that knew exactly what was wrong once I described the issue, said it would be a couple hundred dollar fix and they can get it next week.
Gieser has been doing a new build for us, and they have been very diligent, timely, and pleasant to work with!
The men are always efficient and pinpoint the problem right away - and then fix it. Today was a bit of an emergency - for us, anyway - and they made room in the schedule and got our water back on very quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
