“I have been shopping around for tattoo removal for some time now. I came across the Gloup page and they were having a free laser tattoo removal promo with no strings attached. I was like yea right let me call them and find out the details. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet and helpful. She explained the machine they have and made it sound like it wouldn't be as bad as I have been making it out to be. I hear it's super painful so that's another reason I kept pushing it off. After speaking with her over the phone I decided to go with it and make an appointment to get my first treatment started. Once I got to the shop it was super cute and clean. I love the decor and vibe! I was a bit early so sat in the front for a little before someone was able to greet me. I was helped by Nicole and she was very comforting.
