Dr. Stover is wonderful. Didn't have an appt but only waited a few minutes. Was very gentle and concerned with my shihtzu. Even called 2 days later to check on her to see how she was doing. I would definitely recommend Jay Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Stover.
Took our two female 1 year old German shepherds in to get spayed in Sept. I called for information the day before and was gotten in quickly ( next day.)The clinic in Jay was small, but the vet was professional, compassionate, accommodating and personal service was given --even to the point of The veterinarian giving cell phone contact information to us for any questions or concerns or emergencies after the surgery. He seemed to genuinely care about your pet. Both girls did fine with the surgery. We did call with a question and was given professional service, quick answers and assistance. You can tell so much about a person by how he or she speaks to clients in person and on the phone and the love he or she shows for each animal. I trust and respect this veterinarian and Miranda is great too!
