“I have 2 minisplits in my home. They both quit cooling on a Friday. I called Kelch's at 5pm and left a message. A young lady returned my call promptly and told me they could have a tech out that same evening. Mind you, I live out in the woods with a 2-1/2 mile drive on a very rough private road. A young man named, Tyler came to my place and worked on my units feverishly in 100° heat. The problem had him baffled. After a couple of phone calls for assistance we thought we were going to have to wait until Monday to call the manufacturer for tech support. After turning the breakers back on, suddenly both units started working again. We still aren't sure what happened, lol. But after Tyler's conversation with someone on the phone he informed me that there would be no charge for today's service call. Kelch's is obviously a company that has a caring heart for their customers. I gave them 5 stars only because giving 10 stars wasn't an option. Thank you so much Kelch's. And you have a very valuable employee in Tyler. He is a very nice young man.“
