Dalton C. came to look at my system and I have to say he was the first one I’ve had come out here who actually seemed interested in the problem and was just as determined to find a solution as I am. He narrowed it down to the circuit board on the unit, and once I’m able to get that board, I won’t let anyone else touch my system except Integrity. Dalton is amazing and I hope he becomes my “regular” service guy for the AC system.
Chad was very professional, honest and friendly. He had my ac issue figured out and fixed quickly and easily. I will definitely continue to use Integrity and recommend their services to anyone!
The technician called before he started driving towards my house and let me know when he would arrive and actually arrived at that time. He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He fixed the unit that was not working and also notice a problem with my other unit by sound. Checked and fixed it too. I was very impressed and very satisfied with the service and will use them again.
