The business offers quick turnaround times and easy pickup options. Although communication could be improved, the overall experience remains positive, with customers praising the helpful and creative staff, especially during the tile selection process. The installation team is top-notch, prompt, and clean, and scheduling is quick and easy. Many customers appreciate the flexibility in working with unexpected changes, making it a go-to place for flooring needs in Grove.
