Found out on a Friday night that we had bed bugs in my son's room and started freaking out. We have been traveling alot for work and for travel baseball and we must have picked them up in one of the many hotels we have been in.
James answered the phone early Saturday Morning to let me know he could help and everything was going to be OK. We talked through the treatment plan and he gave me a detailed prep list to make sure we put ourselves in a good position to take care of this in one shot (hopefully). He also talked me through traveling safely so we don't bring them home again.
James was friendly, understanding and professional! The tech that came out was the same and listened to my concerns! The treatment was done the day of and we haven’t had any issues since.

James, the owner of the company, was very informative about bedbugs and the treatment his company provides. He was very empathetic to my situation and his words of wisdom really calmed me down when he talked with me about the prep work and what to expect on the treatment day. Ben, the exterminator that came out, was sooooo nice and very thoroughly told me how he was going to treat the house, he did a walk through of the house and explained room to room what the treatment would be. Those two guys are amazing! So far so good on the bug removal! And they have a 90 day guarantee! If I see any bugs they will come treat again free! Thanks James and Ben!
