Found out on a Friday night that we had bed bugs in my son's room and started freaking out. We have been traveling alot for work and for travel baseball and we must have picked them up in one of the many hotels we have been in.
James answered the phone early Saturday Morning to let me know he could help and everything was going to be OK. We talked through the treatment plan and he gave me a detailed prep list to make sure we put ourselves in a good position to take care of this in one shot (hopefully). He also talked me through traveling safely so we don't bring them home again.
Between prepping the house and continuing to think of more questions, the few days between discovering the bugs and getting treated was very stressfull. James promptly answered all of my texts and a few phone calls and talked me off the ledge.
Danny showed up on time inspected the whole house thoroughly before he treated. He listenened to my concerns and assured me we had taken the right steps. He was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were on the same page with expectations and timelines. He also spoke to me about their warranty and next steps after the job was completed.
This week was tough but I am very satisfied with the customer service and treatment I have received. I called around a few places before deciding to use Heat Tech Pest Control and James made it an easy decision. The value was there and you could easily tell that these guys have the experience you are looking for
I hope you never have to come treat my house for bed bugs again but I would Highly recommend you to anyone.

I don't live in Glenpool, but I sometimes stop on my way to or from work. I haven't had any problems and I usually use coin or dollar bills. Today I decided to use my card and did a wash rinse and wax. Took less that 5 minutes, but it cost me $10.00. Does that sound right? I guess I won't do that again. I like to know what I am spending, before I spend it. I still like the convienence thou.

i have extremely fine, frizzy and what I always believed were kinda waves here and there. Marissa not only cut my hair beautifully, but she educated me on my hairs needs, used products that brought all the amazing natural waves out in my hair, ya know the ones I didn't know I actually had, styled and walked me through how to style it myself. She helped me pick which haircut would best suit my hair type and be easy to maintain which are huge factors for me. I will definitely be going to Hometown for all my haircare needs in the future!

i’m not one to typically leave reviews but they deserve one! i left with beautiful nails and a happy heart. they have been my place of choice for over 8 years. i wouldn’t necessarily say i’m a regular, but come off and on when i have the time or means to do so. i was reluctant because i have a 3 month old baby so it’s difficult to get out and do things for myself most times. they went absolutely above and beyond for not only my service but one of the kind ladies even helped with my daughter when she absolutely didn’t have to! i tried to leave before my service started because baby started getting fussy and told them i’d come back another time. she reassured me multiple times it wasn’t necessary and did everything she could to be helpful. i can’t even begin to explain how much i appreciated that!
Literally just had the best pedicure I’ve had in a VERY long time, if not the best. Kim was amazing! She was very sweet and thorough, and I feel like I got top notch treatment. She was very attentive, took her time, and my feet feel SOOOOO good! I’ll definitely be back to see her.
Eddy, Jenna and David are all fantastic individuals!!! David (lucky) did my hand piece and it’s absolutely exactly what I wanted and looks amazing!!! Through out my session eddy and Jenna were in and out of David’s (lucky) booth joking with him and me, it was really a fun experience and environment!! Would definitely recommend them a thousand times over!! If I could click more than five stars I definitely would!!!
