I contacted this company asking them to come out and spray. During one call I mentioned seeing termites - the owner, Gary Cole, asked me to text him pictures of what I was seeing so he could confirm. (And they were termites unfortunately!) Over the next day he texted back a few times with questions on what I'd seen and information regarding termites.During the actual home visit he and his son arrived - in uniform -not only sprayed but discussed the habits of some of the pests we'd seen, explaining where we'd likely see them and how they get into the house. His son also works with him and while his son was explaining what to watch for to monitor if termites were actually at the house, Gary Cole - the father - was walking around the property checking various places for termite evidence.Overall? I LEARNED a lot to help protect myself and my home, the two of them were very friendly and professional, and they charged less (not much, but less) than another company that I'd previously called.I'll absolutely make Cole's my go-to for any issues and would 100% recommend them.Thank you Cole's!
Called because we had occasional drain and toilet back ups; left a voice mail and they responded later in the evening and could come out the next day; which they did on time. They were able to diagnose the problem (roots in the waste line) and were able to clear it temporarily and suggest what we should do to keep it under control till we decide if we have to replace the line.Service: Drain cleaning
