They did a really good job on my son's hair. The removal of one star was for 2 reasons 1.) They need to ask the client if it's alright for a new hair stylist to cut their hair instead of starting it and telling the person they're brand new.2.) The girls had been there all day due to staff shortage and they were going to close earlier than their posted signs. They did not put a sign on the door to inform guest of this. They would let them know when they came in. They were not customer friendly on this point and instead of apologizing to the customers for the inconvenience they got defensive over their reasons for closing early. They did a good job. I was nervous to cut my hair short but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they made it look great. There can be a little bit of a wait, but its not super long. I plan on returning for any future haircuts.

Typically get a really decent hair cut here. Super friendly staff. My son's hair is really difficult to get right and ProCuts is literally the only place that can get it looking right.
