We were traveling and my elderly mother was really sick. Everyone we encountered at this facility was amazing and thorough. Registration clerk, Nurses, Dr.Elliot, X-Ray techs, Respiratory Therapist. Thank you all for helping my mom and being so kind and patient.
Please, go somewhere else. My dad went to this hospital on Friday with pain in his leg. It was cold and white. They did a sonogram and couldn’t find anything and sent him home. He couldn’t sleep that night and thank god my mother took him to the Cordell Hospital. These people knew something was wrong and did more tests and found 2 blood clots. He was transferred to OKC and guess what? He had 5 blood clots! 5 blood clots and a stint put in. The surgeon said he was lucky. How do discharge someone with excruciating pain, cold leg, no color in the leg and tell them they are fine? I had a hip replacement on Aug 15th 2023, I had the 4 best nurses. My Doctor was Dr. Winan. I want to thank, Haley,Susie, Jamie, and Helen…these girls were so kind, professional. They went over and above for me, and checked on me constantly! I hope someone in management sees this because these girls need recognition… thank you for such special care. The hospital is blessed to have these girls!
