I have been renting equipment from here for over 8 years. Top notch service. Top notch people. Top notch equipment. When you go into DJ's they treat you like family. Down-to-earth people who care. It doesn't get any better than DJ's. Always friendly. Always service with a smile. Highly recommend.
Putting up hunting blinds and our tractors auger broke. We called another place in Elk who said they had an auger. After paying and then spending 30min looking for the auger they said they didn’t actually have it. I drove to DJ’s and they got us hooked up. I love 2hrs away and they even arranged for me to have a late drop off to make sure I got home that evening. Amazing customer service! Wont ever look anywhere else in Elk! Thanks guys and gals!
In today’s society customer service has kinda been forgotten. Dj’s rental went above and beyond today to help me out when they didn’t have to and I am so grateful. So if you happen to need to rent something or need help figuring out what you need, go in and talk with them! They will get you going. They will have my business for life!
