Honestly this is the best flower shop I have ever ordered flowers with anywhere around the US. I never leave reviews for companies but family is the most important thing to me and they deliver every time. That is why I am leaving a review for this flower shop and I fully recommend them. I had what I thought was an emergency with my dog. It was Saturday morning, and I called the office several times until I figured out the office was closed. I did not leave a message. A few minutes later my phone rang and it was Dr. Kirkpatrick calling me because he saw the missed calls. I told him what was going on, and he told me I did just what needed to be done. He told me if I wanted to come in, I could, but he hated for me to have to pay the emergency pay. We didn't go in, and my dog is fine. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you.

H2O Pro Solutions is awesome. I have had them out twice since we bought our home in 2022. Both times it was on a holiday and both times they fixed our problem before they left. The most recent water leak was on Halloween and they chose to stay late to fix it. The guys could have just capped the line that was leaking and came back to fix it the next day. Kevin is a phenomenal nail tech and was very professional while being repeatedly harassed by an unhappy woman that decided to make a big scene with her mother. He handled it with grace. The whole team did! I will definitely return and request him every time
