Fringe has the nicest girls and most fun atmosphere! Everyone is so welcoming and there is always someone there to help you. I love my hair and my eyelashes every time I walk out of there!! This is also my go to boutique to get gift items or a cute top for myself. Highly recommend making this stop if you’re in El Reno or even passing through!Services: Hair coloring
