JT and Joshua were the techs sent out to get my a/c tuned up. They both were so knowledgeable and knew my unit, they told me in simple terms how I could take care of my unit during the summer. They went above and beyond explaining to me what they found. This company will be my go to for all my repairs and tuneups. The guys were friendly and kind if I asked dumb questions. J. T and Joshua were the technicians sent by Triple Play to do the scheduled tune up on my HVAC system. I was impressed by their knowledge of my system and how thorough they were checking it out. J. T. made me aware of some build up on the ac coils that could cause future problems. He was able to arrange it so that they could clean the coils while they were here. This was much appreciated! Joshua found some small openings while cleaning the coils and was able to tape them up. This was also much appreciated! I was happy to sign up for another yearly maintenance contract with Triple Play!
