She did a horrible job on my hair. I got a situation of "what I asked for vs what I got. Then tried to blame me for not bringing hair when the first time she did my hair she was bragging about how she sell hair. I felt like she could of said I don't have the hair for the style you want, but she was being greedy SMH I wanna post the hair style but it's too bad and too embarrassing. Then she charged me $125 talking about I normally charge $200 so she gave me back some of my money. Don't waste your time or money with this place!

Today, I had a silk press done, and I want to express my gratitude to Twila for arranging my hair to be done with her daughter, CiCi. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the outcome. The service lacked professionalism, and I felt a lack of care during the process. CiCi didn't apply the deep conditioning treatment thoroughly, seeming disinterested when I requested it. While she was efficient in washing my hair, the straightening process was not as attentive. She engaged in conversations across the salon, even when I asked her to lower her voice. This was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! I have a pixie cut. I decided to go to this salon based on a previous pixie cut review. The salon was filthy. While washing my hair I looked up in the ceiling and there were cockroaches in the ceiling!! At this point I was disgusted!! The hairstylist (Twyla) put GREASE in my hair!!! GREASE!!! She cut all of my side burns off (which took me forever to grow), and she cut both sides of my hair wrong!!! To add insult to injury she gave me these tiny EASTER CURLS!! Charged me 65.00!!
