I have not worked with Trek Electric in terms of the services they provide. BUT I've had an extremely positive experience with them. One of their work trucks accidentally tapped my car in a parking lot back in April. The employee went to great lengths to find me and then connected me with his boss/the owner. They were kind and above board about everything. And they took care of the issue with little stress and inconvenience for me. They showed great INTEGRITY both the owner and employee.

Our office has tried to get a estimate from Trek Electric for over a month. When we were finally able to speak to the person who was supposed to go get the estimate, he told us that we would have it "tomorrow", that was over 2 weeks ago, still no estimate.

I had them upgrade my panel and added new outlets based on a recommendation. Upon completing the job they had cut drywall too big for the panel and didn’t repair. When they cut holes for the outlets they were different heights which I had to point out to them. In addition they tossed my attic insulation and didn’t put back after job completion. One other thing, I had to call them back as they incorrectly wired the lights so half came on and half didn’t. They didn’t check their work before leaving.Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
