Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night, and we woke up to a cold house. I called Integrated and explained what I knew at that point, and they had a technician out within a couple of hours. The technician was very thorough in troubleshooting the issue and explaining to me along the way what and why he was checking the different components. He discovered a part on its way out and was able to locate a replacement and went to pick it up, and came back to install it. The tech was also very nice and friendly. Hopefully, I won't have to call them again, but if I do, I'll be more than happy to.

Did exactly what they said they would do, completed it before they said they would, and the invoice matched the estimate to the penny.
