I really enjoyed my session with Stephanie. I signed up for 2 sessions through Facebook. I like the set up, flow of workout, and one on one. I am unsure if it is an option financially because it starts at $200/month with only 6 visits.
I love the friendly, professional staff. They are very encouraging and positive. You can start at any fitness level and see progress each time you go. Nothing intimidating. This is a safe place to get stronger!
It is a very clean and friendly place to workout. I love Taylor. He upbeat personality and knowledge is the best. I love that I can get such an effective workout in, in 20 mins. I lost a total of 7.2 lbs and 12.9 inches my first month. My only complaint is I wish it was cheaper.
