Smile Lounge of Edmond - Dr Mehreen Khan

I love this place! Like most people I dread going to the dentist even if it’s for a simple cleaning. I felt very comfortable from the blanket, pillow, to the massage chair! The entire staff is AWESOME! I love that they are not afraid to laugh! I felt very relaxed and my anxiety was minimal, which is a rarity for me when visiting the dentist office!

When I first reached out for a dentist to see I looked for someone close by. I would call to see who accepted my insurance. I didn't realize upon making my call that it was after hours. When my call was answered, quite casually and lovely, I asked, "Oh, hi, are you an answering service or the office"? I caught whoever answered a bit off-guard but she quickly recovered by saying, "Oh sorry, I saw your number from Hawaii and, well, I'm Dr Khan, the dentist." I too was a bit surprised, because as I mentioned it was after hours, so I apologized for calling after hours. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Khan and the entire Smile Lounge team. I felt that they were very thorough in assessing my concerns and offered additional services that were appropriate. I will most definitely be returning. Now to tell my current dentist I won't be back ?
