I went in a couple of months ago for new glasses/prescription and am very happy with the experience and the glasses. I had them adjusted yesterday and again very helpful and courteous staff.

I always appreciate good customer service and I think it’s worth letting other people know. I stepped on my glasses last night and broke the wire that holds the lenses in place so I called these guys today and even though I didn’t get my glasses there they told me to come on in. When I got there they were very friendly and took my glasses and fix them in less than five minutes and then wouldn’t let me pay for them they just told me that if I ever need glasses Or know someone who does to just send them their way. I know that the next time I need glasses this is where I will go. Good customer service goes a long way.

Tried Sam’s on wife’s recommendation after adjustments she got on frames bought elsewhere. Took my script in and brought new glasses even though Sam’s wasn’t on my preferred provider list.Bottom line is they were cheaper in the end and after a couple of follow-ups they made sure everything was great.Highly recommend!
