Steve and Josh just finished our master bath gut and remodel and master bedroom refresh. It’s like a whole brand new space. We couldn’t possibly be more pleased. Everything is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is amazing, and Steve and Josh are both a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them enough! We already have plans in place to start on the kitchen next. If it turns out near as beautiful as my bathroom, I can guarantee I’ll never want to leave the house! Thank you so much SandR construction! James and Kelli Norris

Steve and his crew are Top Notch! I trust him and his guys to get just about anything done. If they mess up (they fix things no questions asked) I highly recommend them for your needs.

My house is 35 years old and badly needed updating. I decided to do some remodeling while I was at it and fix some of the things I didn’t like about it. I only had a general idea of what I wanted to change. I got several quotes on the work I wanted done and they were pretty much all in the same ballpark. Steve came up with the plan I liked best. I also liked that his company has been doing business in the area for many years and has very good ratings. About 90% of the house had some work done to it. I had the guest bath updated, all the floors replaced, and all the wood trim painted. The kitchen was also completely redone, including having a wall taken down. A gas fireplace was added in the living room and the room was painted. A partial wall separating the kitchen and living area was paneled in white washed pine. Steve’s crew also completely renovated one side of the house into a bedroom suite (removing walls in the process), laundry area, and craft room. Now that it’s done, the place looks amazing! It surpasses what I originally had in mind. Steve was very good about listening to what I wanted, and working with me until he achieved what I had in mind. He sent us to good suppliers to look for our materials. His workers were conscientious and dependable. I liked that he used a small group of workers who were well known to him. I did add things as we went along but other than that the project stayed on budget and Steve was good about letting me know how much those extras would cost. I am very happy with the final result and would definitely use S&R again for future work and have already recommended him to my friends.
