Worker didn't wash under nails or hands prior to starting the nail procedure.Did very little filing. Service was what I thought was very over priced. The employee was ESL but spoke English clearly. . She used gender related nicknames to me such as honey and dear. I find this language demeaning, both to her and me.

Got pedicure with gel. For what I paid- it was not worth it. The guy I think named Danny--does not give good massages. Did the whole pedicure in a weird order compared to thousands of pedicure experiences I have had before -- he painted my toes and then put lotion/oils on my feet and legs....then gave a really lame massage. I won't return. I think the owner was next to him and was watching ? and confused at what he was doing but she didn't intervene nor say anything. Pretty odd experience

I called and made an apt same day after reading all the good reviews. My nails came out the way I wanted them too and paid $45 for acrylic and basic nail polish. Im giving 2 stars because never in my life have I been hassled to get gel!!!!!!!!!!!! I politely said no, I'm fine with basic and it seems like after the 5th time of the lady explaining why I should get it (didn't mention the upcharge for gel) she stopped and throughout her doing my nails was pressing hard on my finger tips and pulling at my hands different directions. If a customer says they don't want gel because it's extra 5-10 dollars, please respect that. I was really tempted to not tip... read full review
