I went in a couple months ago for some help with my computer that I built and they went the extra mile by taking apart my whole pc and putting it back together to make sure there was nothing else I had did wrong and gave me windows 11 pro for a lot cheaper than if I bought it myself, came in today with a problem with my pc and they didn’t charge me and even gave me a new cord for my external hard drive that had bent previously. Props to these guys and they are always very thorough with your pc and nice when you come in.
