“I did not have an appointment, but was seated with Steven immediately. I needed a new set and pedicure. The salon was busy and they had staff to take care of everyone. My visit was not rushed!! Steven is very detailed. I have not been able to find the salon I like (have visited 4 in the Edmond area) until today.
I appreciate the customer service I saw today!

New location is very nice! All new fixtures, furniture, workstations, pretty much everything. Nicest location 100% for sure!! Wife and i have been going here since 2009. Staff is always so nice!! Owners are super down to earth folks. Always top notch products, attentive to details , they really care that you are happy with the end result.“

After explaining the situation and showing her the same image I had shown the other place, she knew just what to do. Working with what the other place had given us, she gave me a shortened version of the image and I am so pleased! I look forward to seeing her in the future as my hair grows out and we meet the goal! Also, I am hard of hearing and was thrilled to find that Salone Brigata had no problem communicating with me through text and email (it's much easier for me than over the phone).
