The check in process was seamless and easy, the service was prompt and kinds, and my appointment started on time. Which is worth so much considering how much time gets wasted waiting on the doctor. I did not like that they did not let me go back with my minor child, but I understand the reason. “I'm a physical therapist, and I am personally blown away by this place. I can't recommend them enough if you're needing to see someone ASAP who can take X-rays, can order you an MRI, and/or can get you that super expensive brace you've been needing that insurance hasn't approved. You can walk in or schedule an appt. Every time I've been, I have personally had appts, but there's been no one else in the waiting room. They are so quick and efficient with all their testing and X-rays and treatment plan. My grandma had spent months dealing with other clinicians trying to get a new knee brace and was told that Medicare denied it twice and that she'd have to pay several hundreds of dollars if she wanted it. I finally convinced her caregiver to make an appt with OrthoPlus, which they'd been hesitant to do bc they felt that if their previous doctors and Hanger couldn't get it done, then nobody could. They were very excited to discover that, within 30 min of arriving to her appt at OrthoPlus, they'd taken xrays and had her walking out with her brand new brace (the same one she'd been trying to get from the other company for close to a year who couldn't get it approved) and had it covered by her insurance. 10/10 recommend!“
