Original service request on leaking Rinnai instant water heater was in September of 2021. Part to be ordered(warranty). Received request for photo in October from contractor. I placed multiple requests for update to service tech with no replies. I left multiple telephone messages with no reply. Sent email to company with no reply. Stopped by their office and it is locked up. Last telephone message was asking for why I am being ghosted. Still no reply. I am out service call fee and having to start over with another company..
