I had used this cleaners before and they seemed to be a good cleaners. So, I returned with a very expensive Kangol H&M brand sweater. When they messaged it was done I went and picked it up just right before closing. I got it home and put it on to go out for dinner. It had shrunk. The length and arms were shorter, the neck was tighter, and it's no longer "oversized". I was so upset because you can't get this sweater any longer. I notified the cleaners the next day and I've tried to reach out to them a couple of other times, and got no reply. They evidently don't care that they messed up my sweater. I never heard from them, but I'll just never go back.
