I called on a Saturday to see about coming in (I had never been here before), and to find out if they are cash only. Someone answered, "Hello?". I thought maybe I had the wrong number, so I said, "Is this the barber shop?"They hung up.I thought there was a mistake, so I called back. Google confirmed I was calling "Judy's Family Hair Cuts". This time it rung off the hook as no one was willing to answer.Unprofessional.

Went in for a haircut. She barley washed my hair only washed the top. Did not wash underneath sides or ends. She literally spent 1-2 minutes washing my hair. She did not have time to dry it so I thought I would be okay. She also only spent about 3-5 minutes cutting my hair and not checking any of her work to ensure my hair was even. Which kinda worried me. I thought it would be okay she has been doing this for a long time. Well it was NOT OKAY AT ALL!!! When I got home and straightened my hair I was not happy at all. It was very uneven, layers were not cut properly. I am going to get it fixed tomorrow by someone that knows what they are doing.

The environment is very good and the service is really poor.The barber directly shaved my hair without asking！and there was nothing left behind！This made my weekend and the next few weeks terrible! I have to tell this.The attitude towards people is very good, but the service and haircut skills are very bad. I need to tell the truth, and I don't want people who come to get a haircut to experience this bad feeling. That was really bad, and the mood was really bad!
