Very good communication with Aaron via phone and text, flexible scheduling, affordable rate for my 650 sq ft home. Sage did a thorough job with the spraying and asking questions about any rooms that may be out of sight. He was very friendly with my dogs as well during the spray. Payment process was a little sketchy using a phone app of some sort, but the payment info matches on my bank statement, so it doesn't seem to be a problem. Overall, I look forward to using their service again even when I relocate in the area.
We have used Trey for almost a year and have had no issues whatsoever. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He is very thorough and ensures you understand both the what and why. I definitely would recommend him and Harmony Pest Solutions!
Today was our first treatment but Nick made sure to treat everywhere necessary, he was very friendly, and knowledgeable! I look forward to being pest free and continuing this companies services!UPDATE: 4 years later and no regrets! Harmony is the best pest control company! I no longer have issues with pests and anytime the rain comes out, which brings out the bugs, they are quick to take care of them for us! They are also very respectful and listen to any of our questions or concerns!
