After looking at MANY reviews for heat and air companies, I called Frontline Comfort Systems to come look at a potential issue with my 22-year old heat pump. I talked to Ross and was able to get an appointment for the same day. I told him the heat was keeping us as warm as could be expected for a heat pump in this extremely cold weather (getting below 0 degrees), but I was concerned that the defrost cycle might not be working correctly. Randy came out (as scheduled) and checked the cycle and saw that it was working correctly. He actually showed me how it worked and explained why I wasn't seeing the steam I was used to seeing.
