“My fiancé came here for a hearing check. Location - a bit odd, but it's nice. Older, but well kept. I felt like I was in someone's house vs a clinic so some may like that, others may not. The audiologist's room was small and felt very outdated to me. The booth wasn't too tiny and permitted someone who maybe has claustrophobic tendencies to be more relaxed. Staff was nice and total time spent from arrival to check out was not too bad. About an hour. My fiancé also got a custom hearing device made which came out great, and while it wasn't covered under insurance, the cost was low so it was doable.“
