Came at the time scheduled. Ver friendly and explained everything they were going to do. Showed me the appliance and where it would go. Worked diligently and finished when they said they would. Double checked installation and showed me how I could check on it to see if it was working right. Gave me telephone number of place to call if I didn’t understand something or if I had questions later. Very professional people. This is my second Generac as I had one installed by this company in the house I just moved out of. No worries for me now when the weather gets bad in Oklahoma.
We were very pleased with the work. They came in early Monday morning and we done by mid afternoon. They left our garage clean and the generator has cycled once. Being punctual and doing what they say they are going to do is awesome.
