We had a flood in our house that affected three rooms. Express Restoration came immediately, removed all of the damaged flooring and carded it off the same day, and then dried out all of my cabinets, drywall, and even preserved my custom baseboards. They met with the insurance adjuster as well. Then he has a contractor who installed the new floors and did all the painting.. From front to back I was totally amazed at the quality and responsiveness of Bob Chambers and his company.
I called with questions about a possible water damage/mold situation in our home expecting to schedule a consult and receive an estimate for services. Bob spoke with me at length on the phone to help me understand the ins and outs of our likely situation and gave me several things to try on my own first to see if we could avoid costly repairs.
