I came to Ashley after going to see a couple of Pelvic Floor PTs in Oklahoma City because after a year postpartum was still experiencing leakage. In just 3 months after starting treatment with her I saw significant improvement. Ashley looks at your whole body holistically - her solution isn't to just go do more kegels but instead understand why your body isn't working properly and strengthen the areas that are weak and causing issues. I couldn't recommend her enough.
Started seeing Ashley during pregnancy with my 3rd and after baby was born. Addressing the muscles causing my issues and pain was my focus and she did more than that. Best experience I’ve had recovering from birth and actually having the knowledge and tools to get back into running and exercise in a healthy way.
I’ve been seeing Ashley almost weekly for a couple of months and my pelvic floor problems (38 years old, 14 years after having a baby, you know the story) are so much better! She’s also been addressing a hip/lower back pain that I’ve just attributed to “life,” but between her exercises, internal work, external manipulation and dry needling (game changer!), I’m seeing huge improvement. She has always made me feel very comfortable, her exercises are simple, she does a great job explaining everything and she really seems to know her stuff.
