Been going to them since they opened. Never any issues. Always professional. Great hours of operations to go before & after work. Great pricing. I would recommend over & over!
They have won me as a customer. It has been a long time since I have used a cleaner on a regular basis to wash and iron my dress shirts. They have excellent prices and I am happy with how my shirts look and feel. I am now a regular customer. Will use them for suites this week.
I started using Super Dry Cleaners since I retired 3 years ago, as my previous cleaners are 20 miles away and located near my old job. Positives: they are cheap and get the work out, and they have done a good job on basic laundry so far, especially jeans. I haven't had any problems with shirts or pants being dry cleaned so far. They take care of business quickly and the staff seem efficient. Negatives: I recently bought several pair of new cargo shorts at Kohl's and I had them dry cleaned and pressed for my vacation. Upon receiving the shorts there were two pair with what appeared to be bleach stains on the shorts. (I thoroughly examined the shorts prior to cleaning and there were no bleached areas). I was told by the manager that it was because I ordered them online that the materials were cheap and faulty, and it was not anything they did. The manager suggested that I take them back to Kohl's for a refund. It is my opinion that some chemical at the cleaners caused the dye to bleach out on these shorts. In reading other comments it appears that if you ever have a problem with clothing getting damaged here, you are on your own. I wouldn't suggest taking a $1,000.00 suit here for cleaning - if something happened to it you would probably have to eat the loss. Secondly, regarding overall customer service, they can definitely improve. I read another critique on Yelp where it was observed that the staff were unfriendly-that has been my observation as well. The staff do their job and take care of business but it's as if they could care less to say hi or even smile at customers. I try to converse and they just seem to ignore any attempts to be friendly. Maybe it's a cultural thing with the staff or they are just miserable doing this job.
